The Full Standard License

Basics
  1. The Standard License offers you a non-exclusive right to use the Theme you have purchased.

  2. You hold the licensed to use the Item to create an End Product either for yourself or for your client (a “single application”).

  3. You can

    • Transfer the license to the client who’ll use it.
    • Make copies of the single End Product and distribute it for free
    • Either use the theme in its original form (without making changes) or modify it by combining the Theme with other works to make it a derivative one. The result is subjected to this license. This clause specifies that the extraction of single component from the Theme can be done and used for derivative works as well.
  4. You cannot…

    • Sell the End Product you purchased from pxdraft website.
    • Re-distribute the Theme’s source, even if the Theme is modified.
    • Use the Theme in any application that allows an End User to customize the Theme, like “build it yourself” or “theme generators”.
    • Allow the End User of the End Product to access the Theme’s source and use it separately for any other product.
  5. If our Theme contains code, images, or content sourced from elsewhere under a different license, that item uses its original license. The code, images, or content will be licensed by pxdraft. You need to consider the original license or clearing it with the author of the code, image, or content.

  6. This license can be terminated if you breach it and additionally you lose the right to distribute the End Product until the Theme (purchased from http://pxdraft.com/) has been fully removed from the End Product.

  7. The author of the Theme, owns the Theme, but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between you and the author of the Theme.

The Full Multisite License

Basics
  1. The Multisite License offers you a non-exclusive right to use the Theme you have purchased.

  2. You are licensed to use the themes you purchased from http://pxdraft.com/ to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients.

  3. You can…

    • Create unlimited End Products for a client, transfer that End Product to your client, charge them for your services. The equivalent of a Standard License is granted to the client. The only difference is it uses the unlimited nature of the Multisite License.
    • Make unlimited copies of the single End Product as long as the End Product is distributed for free
    • Either use the theme in its original form (without making changes) or modify it by combining the Theme with other works to make it a derivative one. The result is subjected to this license. This clause specifies that the extraction of single component from the Theme can be done and used for derivative works as well.
  4. You cannot…

  • Acquired theme from pxdraft is a purchased digital work from the pxdraft.com
  • End Product is a tailor-made implementation of the Theme
